We arrived without a working canopy, and in the heat of the sun, two unexpected “angels” appeared through the kindness of strangers—a wonderful man noticed us and came over to install a canopy for us. Later, two women received Spanish Qur’ans and returned with food for us, refusing to take any money. Another gentleman visited our table while on Facebook Live, received a Qur’an, and invited his friends—soon, many of them came to receive copies too.

What made this day especially meaningful was that people didn’t just take Qur’ans; they stayed, opened their hearts, and shared their own spiritual journeys and the good work they are doing. It felt less like distributing books and more like a beautiful human connection—strangers meeting through kindness, curiosity, and the search for meaning.
